Hamilton Behind the Camera Awards

Served as Executive Producer of the 10th Annual Hamilton Behind the Camera Awards (November ’18). The annual Hamilton Behind The Camera Awards honors tremendous behind-the-scenes artists for their individual impact on the film industry. The recognition of the offscreen talent is underlined with the presentation of the awards by the leading stars of the movie industry.

Oversaw all elements of the award show:

• Staffed team of 100+ for event including all vendor and freelancer management

• Selection of all award honorees including working directly with studio awards teams

• Talent management pre-event and on-site

• Management of red carpet on-site (national and international outlets) and post-event press push

• Event production including venue selection, guest list management, full production build out, graphic and video design, catering, permitting and interactive event elements

• Sponsor/client management pre-event and on-site: managed all elements of partnership including activations, promotional benefits and account management

• Budget and P&L management

Results:

• A-list talent in attendance including Ryan Gosling, Rami Malek, Alfonso Cuarón, John Krasinski, Jake Gyllenhaal, Angela Bassett, Rosamund Pike, Regina Hall and more

• Event received over 750 million press impressions
